Registration & Check-in
Upon arrival at the hotel lobby of Rosewood Hong Kong, please proceed to the adjacent event lobby entrance.
After entering the event lobby, please proceed to the reception counter on the third floor to check in.
Guests will be requested to show their confirmation QR code and business card at Level 3 Reception Counter for check-in and identity verification.
(The official event name badge is personal, non transferable and for the registered attendee only. To ensure the integrity and security of the event, our staff and security team may verify the badge holder’s identity against the information and photo provided during RSVP to confirm access for invited guests. The Organiser reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the confiscation of misused badges and refusal of admission in the event of non-compliance.)
