Who is the organiser of this event?

The WGHK summit is co-organised by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and Invest Hong Kong.

What will be the language used for the event?

The summit will be held in English, with Mandarin simultaneous interpretation provided during the summit.

Who typically attends this event?

The event attracts decision-makers from global family offices and their professional teams, leading family offices, global industry leaders, as well as next-generation leaders and young entrepreneurs.

How can I register for the event?

Attendance is by invitation only. We cannot accept unsolicited registrations or accommodate individuals without a formal invitation.

Can my spouse or companion join the dinner/conference?

Only confirmed registered participants will be admitted into the conference. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these guidelines. Please check with our official appointed Concierge Team at WGHK@occasionspr.com for further inquiries.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business attire.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

Regent Hong Kong offers valet parking at HK$100 per hour per vehicle. Please note that valet parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability upon arrival.

Can you accommodate my special accessibility needs or dietary requirements?

How is the seating arrangement? Do I get to choose my preferred seating?

Free seating for the summit, while all seats for the Gala Dinner will be pre-arranged by the organiser. Guests will be informed of their seats during on-site registration.

Is the event open to media?

The WGHK summit is a private event and closed to media.

Will the event be live streamed online?

No, the WGHK summit is an in-person event.
